Code of conduct

This project welcomes technically rigorous disagreement and expects it to remain professional.

Expected conduct

  • Discuss evidence, interfaces and outcomes rather than attacking people.
  • State assumptions, conflicts of interest and uncertainty that affect a review.
  • Respect privacy, licences and restrictions attached to source assets.
  • Give clear, actionable feedback and allow contributors a reasonable opportunity to respond.
  • Stop contact when another participant asks you to stop.

Harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, deliberate disclosure of private information and sustained disruption are not acceptable.

Reporting and enforcement

Report conduct concerns privately to the repository owner. Include links or copies of the relevant material and any immediate safety concern. Do not open a public issue about an individual.

Maintainers may remove content, restrict participation or ban an account. A maintainer named in a report must not adjudicate it. Reports are shared only with the people needed to investigate and act.
